How long is Hire?
The hire period is usually 3 days.
Longer hire periods can be arranged
How do I book?
Browse through the list of items we hire out
Either telephone (07854 110 110) or use the links to Email (easypartyhire.co.uk) or WhatsApp with a list of the items you wish to hire. Adding a telephone number is helpful, just in case there are any queries
We will check on availability and be back in touch within 24 hours
Do I need to wash items?
No! You can return all items dirty or no extra charge.
Delivery & Collection Charges based upon postcode.

Payments
Full hire details & breakage loss agreement will be confirmed prior to your hire
A £50 deposit is payable to secure your booking
This deposit is non refundable.
Final payment is then due in full 1 month before receiving your hired goods
A refundable breakage/loss deposit of £50 is added to this final payment.
This deposit will be refunded 3 days after hired goods have been returned .
The value of any missing or damaged items will be deducted from this deposit .
Payment is preferred by bank transfer.
Cash payments can be arranged.
Passport or Driving Licence ID will be required for goods collected
Bank details will be required for deposit return.
Minimum hire charge is £30
Terms and Conditions
Breakages and losses will be charged at full replacement cost
These replacement costs will be given on your hire paperwork
All containers/carrying boxes must be returned in good condition along with the hired goods
A charge will be made for non return or damage to containers/carrying boxes
The client is responsible for all hired goods and liability from its use during the hire period.
No responsibility is accepted for injury or damage caused by the use of EPHire equipment during the hire period.
No Vat is payable.
All ID and bank details will be deleted once the deposit has been returned to the hirer
